Yang Style Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan):
Learn the 24 posture Yang style Tai Ji Quan form! This form is the most popularly practiced form in the world. Relative to other styles it is easier to learn and its soft, slow, circular movements make it ideal for energetic cultivation, for health and spirituality. For the martial artist, this form can serve to balance out "harder" movements, thus developing a higher level of awareness. This class will be taught over 3 half-day classes with substantial time for reviewing & refining postures.
